Jews are excluded.

D.E.I. labels Jews as oppressors even though Jews are the most oppressed group in the world.  According to Thomas Sowell many black people are jealous of the success of Jews and that's why they hate them.  The number of Jews getting accepted into college and getting jobs has been dropping ever since D.E.I..

On many campuses, applicants for admission and jobs must signify approval of DEI.
