Free speech can uncover corruption. For that reason the corrupt government of California passed the Stop Nick Shirley Act. Nick speaks about it in the video below.

Speech can bring about disaster. One horrific example is what happened to Iran. The Ayatollah Kholmeini was a religious leader who sent recordings of incendiary speechs into the country of Iran.that led to an Islamic revolution that resulted in a fundamentalist Islamic dictatorship taking over. That dictatorship threatens to use nuclear bombs against Israel, holds rallies of people yelling "Death to America" and oppresses their own people especially their women. On the other hand if others dared to speak out against the Ayatollah and his Islamist propaganda he might not have been able to take over Iran.

Hitler's speeches paved the way to his becoming the dictator of Germany which led to the second World War and the murder of 6 million Jews by the Nazis. Fear of the Nazis kept many Germans from speaking up against him and their silence helped him take over Germany.

Kanye West a very successful rapper with a large following, posted a picture of a Jewish star of David with a Nazi swastika symbol inside it as a way of saying the Jews were like Nazis. There have already been many attacks by black people on Jews and Kanye West's posting is likely to lead to many more attacks. Colin Alfred a Democrat Congressman from Texas spoke at a congressional hearing about what Kanye West did and said this showed the danger of free speech. Here is what he had to say:

In 2019 Hunter Biden, the son of president Joe Biden, left a laptop of his at the repair shop of John Paul Mac Isaac in Delaware. Mac Isaac while attempting to save the contents of the malfunctioning laptop had to read some of the contents to check if his save was working. He read about money payments that looked very corrupt. Mac Isaac informed the FBI and the New York Post about it. The New York Post investigated and wrote an article about it. This article revealed so much corruption by the Biden administration that if people read it Trump instead of Biden might have been elected president. The FBI told Twitter and Facebook that the article was Russian disinformation so Twitter and Facebook blocked people from posting the article.

This is one of the reasons that on Thursday March 9, 2023 a meeting was held in Congress to investigate how the Biden administration had used its governmental powers to stifle free speech. During that hearing a Democrat Congressman from Texas, Colin Alfred gave reasons why he believed that sometimes speech should be stifled to justify censorship by the government. He gives examples of speech that incites violence.

One of the examples Congressman Alfred gave was a picture of a Jewish star with a swastika drawn inside it that was posted by Kanye West. Kanye West is a very successful rapper. One of his albums was called,The College Dropout, whose overall theme was to "make your own decisions. Don't let society tell you, 'This is what you have to do.' That album went triple platinum.

Congressman Alfred said that statements alleging election fraud were harmful but what it they were true? In that case isn't it better that the public be aware of election fraud so they can take steps to do something about it. Congressman Alfred also mentioned Lev Parnass using Russian money to influence the American election in favor of Trump but Lev Parnass although born in Russia was a Florida resident who used his own money. Without freedom of speech I couldn't have written that what Congressman Alfred said was false. Without freedom of speech Lev Parnass would not be able to defend himself against Congressman Alfred's false statements.

Tommy Robinson is the most banned man in the West. He is banned because he told the truth. He was accused of hate speech but he didn't preach hatred toward anyone. He talks about it in the video below.

The disappearence of his book is and documentary is probably because a British judge ruled that it was libel. Is it libel? Tommy Robinson was sentenced to 18 months in prison for publishing the above documentary.

Pro-Muslim politicians control England and arrest people who say what they don't want said. Daniel Greenfield wrote:

Graham Lineahn is a British comedy writer. He took a plane back from Arizona to England. He wrote what happened next.

The moment I stepped off the plane at Heathrow, five armed police officers were waiting. Not one, not two—five. They escorted me to a private area and told me I was under arrest for three tweets. In a country where paedophiles escape sentencing, where knife crime is out of control, where women are assaulted and harassed every time they gather to speak, the state had mobilised five armed officers to arrest a comedy writer for this tweet (and no, I promise you, I am not making this up..

At Heathrow police station, my belt, bag, and devices were confiscated. Then I was shown into a small green-tiled cell with a bunk, a silver toilet in the corner and a message from Crimestoppers on the ceiling next to a concave mirror that was presumably there to make you reflect on your life choices...

I was arrested at an airport like a terrorist, locked in a cell like a criminal, taken to hospital because the stress nearly killed me, and banned from speaking online—all because I made jokes that upset some psychotic crossdressers. To me, this proves one thing beyond doubt: the UK has become a country that is hostile to freedom of speech

Shaun O'Sullivan has been arrested 16 times by the time I wrote this paragraph (Dec 9, 2025). He said “If we had free speech, I wouldn’t be in court 16 times, I wouldn’t get beaten up for preaching,” British Christian pastor and preacher Shaun O’Sullivan told The Jerusalem Post. The pastor was acquitted by a Swindon Crown Court jury on Sunday after facing an Islamophobia “religiously aggravated intentional harassment” charge for saying, “We love the Jews” and using the term’Jew haters.’ He had been preaching in the town center when a Muslim family reported feeling targeted because they were wearing hijabs when he made the comments on September 15, 2024. The police call handler categorized it straight away as a hate crime, without any evidence. Why does this keep happening, the New York Post asked O'Sullivan. “I think that we, the police force, are scared of an uprising. They are scared to be seen to attack Muslims. If there is an attack from anyone with Islamic views, they just blame ‘mental health’ because they are in fear.” In their efforts not to come across as Islamophobic, officers are suppressing pro-Jewish and pro-Israel speech, he explained.

Shaun O’Sullivan has been arrested by the police, and then released by judges, sixteen times. Muslims keep bringing complaints against him of “Islamophobia,” claiming to feel “threatened by him,” but at the same time, they keep showing up when he preaches, to harass him, to stone him, to attempt to stab him, to make threats to kill him, or to kill his son. The police have not arrested any of the Muslims who have beaten him, stoned him, tried to stab him, tried to slash him with a machete, threatened to kill his son and O’Sullivan himself. Instead, he was arrested sixteen times for declaring his love for the Jews and for Israel, which was interpreted by the police as “Islamohphobia.”

US Vice-President JD Vance warned countries in Europe that the greatest threat facing the continent was not from Russia and China, but "from within". It had been expected that Vance would use his speech at the Munich Security Conference to address possible talks to end the war in Ukraine. Instead, he spent the majority accusing European governments - including the UK's - of retreating from their values, and ignoring voter concerns on migration and free speech. A mother and daughter died when a Muslim rammed a van into a crowd about the time Vance made the speech which confirms what he said. Here is what he said about the attack on free speech in Europe.

The address was met by silence in the hall, and later denounced by several politicians at the conference. German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius said it was "not acceptable". Europe may be trying to regulate American free speech.

Members of the pro-abortion and the gay/trans community attempt to suppress the free speech of Christians. Here is a video of them doing just that.

Bridgit Bardot was a French actress and an animal rights advocate. The actress was vilified as anti-religious and anti-Muslim for remarks against animal abuse. In 1996, for example, she said, “1,000 sheep were slaughtered last month…only 300 yards from my house,” as an example of how extreme the public slaughter had become. She was quickly termed “xenophobic” and “extreme right” by the Greens. For animal lovers, Eid al-Adha is the saddest day of the year. To thank Allah for sparing Ibrahim’s child from death, Muslim families sacrifice sheep, goats, cows, buffaloes and camels in public in staggering numbers. In 2017, news outlets photographed rivers of blood in Bangladesh and a photo of a little girl dressed in her best clothes, standing in a street of blood.

When Bardot and the president of Tunisia’s Society for the Protection of Animals approached French Interior Minister Jean-Louis Debre in the 1990’s about the outdoor, ritual slaughter he reportedly said he could not apply French humane slaughter laws to the event because he was intimidated by the nation’s four million Muslims, which had grown to five million by 2008.

In 2008, Bardot was convicted of inciting racial/religious hatred for a letter she wrote to then Interior Minister of France Nicolas Sarkozy objecting to the ritual slaughter of sheep in France by slitting their throats with no anesthesia. Her trial ended with a conviction and fine of €15,000 ($17,661).

Those who speak out against the cruelty of Muslims to people not just animals are also censored.

Conservatives and Liberals generally have opposing views when it comes to free speech. Republicans generally value free speech whether they agree with that speech or not. Democrats generally try and silence speech that they don't agree with or that threatens their power. Whose right? Supposing you the reader of this page, feel strongly that people should believe what you believe and value what you value and be against what you're against. Do you want someone to be free to convince others that you believe is wrong and that you are a bad guy for believing what you believe? What if you could pass a law forbidding speech against you. Couldn't someone with opposing views to yours at some future date use that same law to silence you and those who agree with you? That person with opposing views might believe them as strongly as you believe your own views and feel totally justified to put you in prison for your views. Is that OK?

We see that now with Biden saying that anyone who raises the alarm about Covid vaccines or who believes that voter fraud was why Biden became president has to be silenced. There have been cancers and clots that correlate with Covid vaccine use. Should we not hear about that? How effective are these vaccines. Tucker Carlson warned about the vaccine on his show. The Whitehouse pressured Facebook to censor Tucker Carlson so people wouldn't hear his warnings. A doctor who Tucker Carlson interviewed warned about the vaccines. Is vaccination worth the risks? Don't people have the right to know the risks? In California Governer Newsom signed the Physician Misinformation Bill which prohibits physicians from discussing the risks of Covid mRNA vaccines with patients. If they do they could lose their medical license. What if what they are saying isn't misinformation? What if it's true? Should physicians be prevented from telling their patients the truth? Do Governor Newsom and President Biden know more than those physicians. Why couldn't Governor Newsom and the Biden administration simply post their reasons for disagreeing with those physicians?

Here are two videos. The first is a demonstration that took place in Italy in which people are holding up pictures of loved ones who died suddenly after taking the vaccine.

The second video is of a fun loving 18 year old who died suddenly after the vaccine.

One of the arguments I've heard is that these people might have died anyway it may have just been a coincidence that they died after taking the vaccine. If the government wants to make that argument fine but the people holding up pictures of their loved ones have a right to March and express their opinions that the vaccine was what killed their loved ones. One thing I notice when looking at these pictures is many of the people who died look young and healthy. If people would have died anyway you would expect them to look old and sick.

What about voter fraud, if no one can speak up about it won't that prevent anything from being done about it?

The dictator of China wants to invade Taiwan, Putin, the dictator of Russia has already invaded Ukraine resulting in the lost of many thousands of lives of both Ukrainians and Russians. Putin has made it illegal for any Russian to speak out against the war. Putin is willing to fight to the last Russian but no Russian can speak out against him. No one dares speak out against Xi Jinping who is very likely to order the Chinese military to attack Taiwan which will lead to countless lives lost and may lead to war between China and the United States. Lack of free speech can lead to war.

The advantage of free speech is that people hear arguments for both sides of an issue and that should help them arrive at the best decision regarding what is true and what isn't. If someone is free to lie and there is free speech than others are free to expose that lie and expose that person so that everyone realizes who he is.

A conservative woman from Brooklyn did exactly that. She posted videos that liberals had posted on Tiktok on Twitter for everyone to see. Twitter which was run by people who are very liberal suspended it twice. One thing Libs of TikTok exposed was information that hospitals that do transgender surgery, posted on their own web sites.

After Elon Musk bought Twitter and dismantled most of the company’s censorship program, many on the left went bonkers. That fury only increased when Musk released the “Twitter files,” confirming the long-denied coordination and support by the government in targeting and suppressing speech.

Hillary Clinton, the wife of former president Bill Clinton, doesn't like speech from people who are pro-Trump. She said that criminally charging them would be a good deterrent to Americans who spread misinformation. The question that immediately comes to mind is who decides what is misinformation and what isn't.

In response, Hillary Clinton and other Democratic figures turned to Europe and called upon them to use their Digital Services Act to force censorship against Americans. The EU immediately responded by threatening Musk with confiscatory penalties against not just his company but himself. He would have to resume massive censorship or else face ruin. It was a case of the irresistible force meeting the immovable object. The anti-free speech movement had finally found the one man who could not be bullied, coerced or threatened into submission.

Greg Lukianoff, President of Foundation for Individual Rights in Education speaks about the danger to freedom of speech in the United States in this video by Prager University. He says a generation is being raised to believe that not that they should have freedom of speech but freedom from speech they don't like. He mentions NSA which is the National Security Agency.

4)Any references to "wojak" or "nordic gamer" memes or derivatices of them, including edits. They were explicitly created by alt-right, white supremacist groups as a means to create entryways for their ideas into broader society and begin to convert people over to their way of thinking. This is a known and documented tactic; if enough people are using the memes without intent to be malicious, including their altered forms, it becomes harder to tell when it is malicious and much easier to make references to white supremacist in-jokes and conspiracies, and so they are not allowed here.

5)The emote LUL, or any emotes derived from LUL (omegalul, etc) or similarly related to or imitating the appearance of John "TotalBiscuit" Bain are not permitted either. This is largely because in life, he tacitly supported the harassment tactics of GamerGate and explicitly gave space to white supremacist or alt-right speakers (such as Milo Yianniopolos) and ideals.

As Kimberley Strassel writes, “But how do you prove legally that Trump truly didn’t believe his false claims? And even if you can prove that Trump lied, how do you legally distinguish his falsehoods from the lies other political leaders have told over the years?”

As Strassel explains Smith’s argument, though Trump has a First Amendment right to lie, “Yet if that politician is advised by others that his comments are untruthful and nonetheless uses them to justify acts that undermine government ‘function,’ he is guilty of a conspiracy to defraud the country. Dishonest politicians who act on dubious legal claims? There aren’t enough prisons to hold them all.”

Under this standard, Strassel continues, Al Gore and George W. Bush obviously believed they had won the 2000 election, and probably had advisors who told them they may not have when they filed lawsuits. Or take Barack Obama, who invented a presidential right to declare the Senate was in recess so he could make appointments without confirmation by the Senate. Obama, though probably advised that the ploy was unconstitutional, still claimed he had the authority. “Under Mr. Smith’s standard,” Strassel concludes, it was “a lie that Mr. Obama used to defraud the public by jerry-rigging the function of a labor board with illegal appointments.”

The fact is, no one knows if Trump is lying when he talks about the “stolen election.” But given Trump’s cocky self-assurance and hair-trigger sense of grievance, it’s more likely that he sincerely believes that he really did win.

Leftists have free speech but prevent their opponents from speaking. The left is violent and justifies that violence by saying conservative speech is violence. A great article about this was published at wnd.com America's cultural revolution of woke violence . Avery Daye was asked by her teaching assistant in 2016 how she was taking the election of Trump in a class she was taking at UCLA. She was then told to leave class and not to return for the remainder of the quarter because she was a threat to her fellow students safety. She said she was doing really well and that she voted for him.

RealClearPolitics poll found this week, nearly half of Democrats (47%) support censorship, and think speech should be legal “only under certain circumstances.”

One-third of Democrats (34%) think Americans have “too much freedom,” and 75% think government has a responsibility to censor “hateful” social media posts. A majority of Democrats (52%) approves of the government censoring social media posts “under the rubric of protecting national security.”

Rudolph Giuliani, perhaps the greatest mayor of New York, said that two women were engaged in fraud when Trump was running against Joe Biden. The two women sued Giuliani and were awarded an outragous amount of money especially since it's not clear that Giuliani was wrong. Kari Lake has also been sued for her statements that there were fraud against her.

Ayaan Hirsi Ali discusses the attack on free speech. She mentions how the left is abandoning X, formerly twitter, for Bluesky where only left wing voices will be heard. The leftist excuse for this is they don't want to hear hate but the left is full of hate. The left wants to indoctrinate and doesn't want opposing voices to be heard and they don't want to hear opposing voices.
