Is Allen West a good person to speak about America not being a racist country any longer?

Yes: because he experienced real racism in his youth and was able to become a success since then.
Yes: If the army was racist he would never have risen to Lieutenant Colonel.
No because he experienced real racism in his youth which proves America is racist
No America is a racist country and he is acting white.
