What evidence is there that much of the accusations against the Israeli inhabitants of Judea and Samaria of being violent are not true.

There rarely is any evidence to back up the accusations.
The accusations are often solely based on Palestinian eyewitness testimony
Sometimes when the accusations of violence are investigated they refer to grafitti and incitement and that isn't violence.
Most of the settlers are there because they are very religious and so are peaceful
