Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas. It acts somewhat like the glass in a greenhouse. The glass in a greenhouse lets light in which turns to heat when it hits the ground. The glass only lets the heat out slowly so the air inside the greenhouse heats up. Like glass, carbon dioxide slows down heat from escaping the earth into space.
Climate alarmists say that our earth is heating up to dangerous levels because we burn fuel that produces carbon dioxide. We know that carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas so they must be right, correct?
If we use the scientific method to evaluate this we don't conclude a hypothesis is correct just because it sounds reasonable and we don't know what's wrong with it. We test the hypothesis. We make predictions based on the hypothesis and see if the predictions come true.
Scientists and others have already made catastrophic predictions based on the global warming hypothesis and they have all been wrong. Here are some of the wrong predictions that have been made.

One of the predictions at the start of this web page was that the Maldives would be underwater by 2018. The Maldives consists of 1,192 coral islands and they're above water and it's 2022 as I write this. Tony Heller posted a video taken by a webcam at the beach of one of the Maldive Islands with people enjoying the beach. In the excerpt of another video by Tony Heller that I've included below we see the Maldive government holding an underwater meeting to convince people that their country is in danger of drowning. In the video below Tony Heller explains why everything the climate alarmists predicted in regards to coral and the Maldives is wrong.
One would think that every time a prediction of climate doom doesn't come to pass climate alarmists would start wondering if they know what they are talking about but instead they often increase the scaryness of their predictions. Here is a video that was posted on MSN in October 2022, that shows the climate alarmists getting scarier by the minute.
Here is a report of record cold in the United States in that same month. There is a lesson here. It's easy to draw animations of steam coming off the earth. It's easy to show clips of fires and scare people. Reality however can be completely different.

In the video below Tony Heller talks about cold and snow records in January 2021. He starts by quoting from a novel written by George Orwell in 1949. George Orwell called the novel 1984. His book predicted a world in which a bad government would control people through deception and by not letting them speak the truth. Not letting people speak the truth is called censorship. Censorship is being done today by Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and other media such as newspapers and TV. The quote from George Orwell was "The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. By party George Orwell meant the government. The government was lying to the people but the people could see and hear things that showed them the government was lying. So the government didn't want people to believe what they saw and heard. Tony Heller says that is happening with climate. We see snow and we feel cold but people want us to believe that the world is warming.
Unusual cold and snow keeps happening. Here is a video from Cincinnati in April 2021. Cincinnati was just one of many cities hit with record cold in April.

Here is a graph of carbon dioxide and temperature from 1996 to 2012.
Carbon dioxide went up from about 362 ppm to 395 ppm during that time. PPM means parts per million. That's an increase of 395 - 362 = 33 ppm. That means that every gallon of air had an increase of 33 millionth of a gallon of carbon dioxide. There are 75,708 drops in a gallon. That means the increase in carbon dioxide in a gallon is 33/1000,000 * 75,708 = only 2.5 drops. The light blue line on the graph is the variation of temperature from the usual temperature for different dates. The blue arrow averages these changes and shows that the total increase was only 3 hundredth of a degree over 16 years. That's not surprising because the increase in carbon dioxide compared to the atmosphere is so small. What is so surprising is that global warming alarmists can scare so many people over such a tiny increase in carbon dioxide.
Climate scientists traveled toward the North Pole to evaluate the melting of the Artic ocean. The ocean they thought they could travel in froze around them trapping them. You can see a picture of their trapped boat below.
Another group of scientists were trapped by ice in the Antartica. A doctored image of the trapped ship is shown below with the words "An Inconvenient Truth" which is the name of a movie that says we face a climate emergency. The inconvenient truth really is that they're wrong and it's inconvenient because the climate alarmist ship was trapped by ice.
Global warming alarmists want to impose huge costs on everyone and they tell us these costs are necessary to fight climate change. They make the cost of fuel very expensive so that we will use less fuel with the result that the cost of everything goes up. Fuel is needed to produce food, fuel is needed to bring food to the supermarket, fuel is needed to heat the supermarket in winter and cool it in summer. All these costs get passed to the consumer as the cost of food goes up. If people aren't aware of this and of how much global warming alarmism is wrong, they won't act to stop it from happening. While global warmists create panic about the climate they may bring about economic disaster. When I posted a link to this web page in the comment section of a global warming article Facebook censored it. That is probably because global warming alarmists who saw the comment tagged it as fraud. The people who stifle free speech deserve what is happening but the rest of us don't.
The cost of fuel makes it harder for our companies to compete. They have to charge more for their products with the result that people will buy cheaper products from China and India, countries that continue to use cheap energy. Not only do those countries use cheap energy they use coal instead of gas which emits more carbon dioxide and more pollution as well. Despite the huge expenditures of Europe and the United States on green energy, the amount of worldwide carbon dioxide emissions has continued to increase. Ironically American and European expenditures on expensive green energy actually increases carbon dioxide emissions. It also increases inflation.
Michael Moore made a movie called Planet of the Humans, which demonstrates multiple ways that reliance on green energy actually increases carbon dioxide emissions as well as toxic waste.
Here is a video of Guy McPherson predicting that human life will end by 2026 due to global warming. Human lives will end due to hunger caused by hyperinflation, cold due to not enough energy to keep warm, and wars but the absurdity of his predictions speak for themselves.
