He says Critical Race Theory is against meritocracy and that Critical Race Theory considers meritocracy as racist. He talks about racism in the Ivy Leagues. The Ivy League is a group of prestigious universities that include Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, Princeton, Yale, Cornell, Dartmouth,Columbia and Brown.
