A young girl was wounded this morning when Arabs hurled rocks at the car in which she was travelling near Teko'a. The violent disturbance was organized in part by two Palestinian para-military policemen in civilian clothes, who were arrested and are being questioned by the Israeli police at this hour. The driver of the attacked Israeli car later related, "We miraculously escaped from there by driving in reverse. Twenty minutes later, when the army arrived at the site, we also returned, and I noticed two of the main rock-throwers, and alerted the soldiers. It turned out that they were Palestinian policemen." In a separate incident, a Border Guard policeman was injured when rocks were thrown by Palestinians near Atarot in northern Jerusalem.
