1.23 Diversity Equity and Inclusion
When you include people based on their race in hiring or educational opportunities then you exclude those who would have had those opportunities and jobs. When you only include people who think like you, you exclude people who don't. Here is a good cartoon about this.
DEI by excluding is discriminating. People who promote DEI are promoting discrimination which is illegal.

DEI besides making it harder for whites to get accepted into universities is also making universities more expensive. That is because Universities are hiring DEI administrators and their salaries cost money.
In the video below Kamala Haris explains that equality is when we give people and equal amount but that's not fair because people start with different amounts of wealth, therefore we should give according to people's needs so that there is equality of outcome. That she says is equity. What if one person works hard and the other doesn't? Should the government take money away from the person who works hard and give it to the person who doesn't? Socialist and communist countries do that all the time and the result is that people are discouraged from working hard and being productive because what they product gets taken away. Also the next guy doesn't work hard, and he gets paid just as much. Why be a sucker and work in that situation? There are many stories of people who started with nothing and became very wealthy. What you do with your life is a lot more important than where you start when it comes to being successful.
