10.16 The Laptop from Hell
The video at the end of this lesson is an interview with John Paul Mac Isaac. In order to understand the video you need to know a few things.
On 2019 Hunter Biden, the son of president Joe Biden, left a laptop of his at the repair shop of John Paul Mac Isaac. It was the laptop from hell because it resulted in Mac Isaac having to lose his repair shop and to flee Delaware. Mac Isaac while attempting to save the contents of the malfunctioning laptop had to read some of the contents to check if his save was working. He read about money payments that looked very corrupt. Some very large money payments were from a company called Burisma to Hunter Biden. Burisma is Ukraine's largest energy company. Corruption was a big problem in Ukraine. A lot of the money of Ukranians was being taken away by corrupt politicians and hidden in overseas banks.
Burisma's owner Zlochevsky was one of the people who became rich from corruption. A Ukranian prosecutor Victor Shokin who was against corruption, got the Ukranian government to seize all Zlochevsky's property including his mansions and his 3 hundred thousand dollar Rolls Royce silver phantom car and other property in order to return some of his money to the Ukranian people.

Joe Biden told the Ukraine government to fire Victor Shokin or the United States wouldn't help them get loans that they needed. The Ukraine did what Joe Biden demanded and fired him. This is what's called a pay for play scheme, Burisma paid Hunter, Hunter gave Joe a cut, and Joe Biden played Burisma's game which was to get the Ukranian government to fire Victor Shokin.
Joe Biden insisted that he had nothing to do with his son's dealings with Ukraine. However information in the laptop showed that wasn't true. For example there was a thank you email from a person connected to Burisma to Hunter that said "“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father." The New York Post printed the story but social media like Twitter and Facebook didn't allow people to mention the article on their web sites. Social media had been told by the FBI that such information was Russian disinformation meant to help Trump get elected.
Roger Stone is mentioned in the video. Roger Stone was a friend and advisor of Trump who prosecutors were trying to get to testify against Trump. Prosecutors tried to get him to testify against Trump but he was loyal to Trump and wouldn't do it. They sent the FBI to arrest him.
The FBI was being used as a weapon against Mr. Stone and recently has been used against Trump and his supporters. The FBI has been used people who protested against election fraud and who believe that Biden became president because the election was rigged against Trump.
