6.3 Why Don't Adults Speak Out Against Transitioning More?
There are parents who believe that if their child wants to transition it's because they are the opposite sex trapped in the wrong body and so encourage their children to do so. Their are parents who go to the so called experts for help (Doctors, therapists) when their child decides to detransition and are told "“If you don’t affirm your daughter’s gender identity, or get her the help she needs, and she kills herself, you’re going to feel awfully guilty.” What the doctor should have said is that if you affirm your daughter's identity and help her transition and she kills herself you will feel awfully guilty. The doctor should have said that because more people commit suicide after transitioning than before.
People who refuse to call a person "he" when that person wants to be called "she" or some other pronoun can lose their job. If a man decides he's a woman and says "call me her and she when talking about me", and you don't do it you could lose your job. That's what happened to Peter Vlaming a French teacher. Not only could you lose your job you can be locked up in jail. That's what happened to an Irish teacher named Enoch Burke. He told the court where he was being tried that "I am here today because I refused to call a boy a girl." The judge barred Enoch from going to the school and teaching anymore. Enoch went to the school any way and was arrested. He told the judge that “I am a teacher and I don’t want to go to prison. I want to be in my classroom today, that’s where I was this morning when I was arrested.” He added: “Transgenderism is against my Christian belief. It is contrary to the scriptures, contrary to the ethos of the Church of Ireland and of my school.” The judge then sent him to prison.
New York landlords who don't used a person's desired pronoun can face fines as high as $250,000. Doctors can lose their license if they warn children about the problems of transitioning. If you are a psychologist you have to be affirming of what the child says there sex is. The idea that a psychologist has to do affirm the patient came before the latest transgender craze. There used to be a craze in which children became convinced they had been abused by people when they hadn't been. Some therapists believed they had to affirm the childs beliefs of abuse no matter how crazy their story sounded. There are girls who believe they are fat when they are really thin. They keep dieting and become very sick. These girls are called anorexics. Should therapists affirm those girls beliefs? Should they tell the girls, yes you are fat, diet some more?
Teachers in states like New Jersey are being told that they can't notify parents if their children have decided to identify as the opposite sex and take hormones and have sex change surgery. Three school districts that didn't want to do that were sued by the state of New Jersey.
The Chino Valley (California) Unified School District (CVUSD) Board of Education l adopted rules in July 2023, whereby schools must notify parents of a student’s request to identify with “a gender other than the student’s biological sex,” including through the desire to use different pronouns or a different name, or to use locker rooms and/or restrooms that “do not align with the student’s biological sex.” The president of the school district Sonja Shaw received a phone call the next day threatening to kill and dismember her. When she worked up the nerve to check her district email, she found her inbox flooded with other threats, saying “things like ‘You’re going to die,’ ‘your children are going to die,’ and ‘your animals are going to die,’” as well as a reference to what kind of animals she has to intimidate her. Antifa members also posted on their website, “We declare war on Sonja Shaw,” writing things like, “We know where you sleep” and “Use all force possible to stop her.” Sonja said: “To me, as nerve wracking as that is — because I’m a parent, I’m a mother — it was devastating. Because why are we doing this? To keep kids safe.”
Abigail Shrier wrote a book about the current craze of affirming transgender beliefs. She talks about the vitriol toward those who speak out against affirming as well as what has happened to some of them in the video below.
When people point out that taking hormones may be a bad idea they are often called bigots and homophobes. Ryan Anderson is one of these people had he was accused of being a bigot.
Jessica Tapia was fired from her job because she wouldn't lie to the parents of children and wouldn't let biological males in to a girls locker room. She speaks about that below in her interview with Tucker Carlson.
People who express their concerns about the trans movement are canceled and often receive death thtreats. Thats what happened to J K Rowling the author of the Harry Potter series. Ironically Rowling doesn't hate trans people. She wrote:
I want trans women to be safe. At the same time, I do not want to make natal girls and women less safe. When you throw open the doors of bathrooms and changing rooms to any man who believes or feels he’s a woman – and, as I’ve said, gender confirmation certificates may now be granted without any need for surgery or hormones – then you open the door to any and all men who wish to come inside. That is the simple truth. ..
But endlessly unpleasant as its constant targeting of me has been, I refuse to bow down to a movement that I believe is doing demonstrable harm in seeking to erode ‘woman’ as a political and biological class and offering cover to predators like few before it. I stand alongside the brave women and men, gay, straight and trans, who’re standing up for freedom of speech and thought, and for the rights and safety of some of the most vulnerable in our society: young gay kids, fragile teenagers, and women who’re reliant on and wish to retain their single sex spaces. Polls show those women are in the vast majority...
All I’m asking – all I want – is for similar empathy, similar understanding, to be extended to the many millions of women whose sole crime is wanting their concerns to be heard without receiving threats and abuse.
It also happened to Dr. Lisa Littman. J K Rowling wrote that Lisa Littman said:
‘Parents online were describing a very unusual pattern of transgender-identification where multiple friends and even entire friend groups became transgender-identified at the same time. I would have been remiss had I not considered social contagion and peer influences as potential factors.’ Littman mentioned Tumblr, Reddit, Instagram and YouTube as contributing factors to Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria, where she believes that in the realm of transgender identification ‘youth have created particularly insular echo chambers.’
Rowling wrote:
"Her paper caused a furore. She was accused of bias and of spreading misinformation about transgender people, subjected to a tsunami of abuse and a concerted campaign to discredit both her and her work. "
Vanderbilt Medical Center is in Tennessee. Matt Walsh investigated their transgender treatment program. He tweeted:
Vanderbilt opened its trans clinic in 2018. During a lecture the same year, Dr. Shayne Taylor explained how she convinced Nashville to get into the gender transition game. She emphasized that it's a "big money maker," especially because the surgeries require a lot of "follow ups"
It's also a big money maker because the government has decided that taxpayers have to pay for it.
According to Forbes, the transgender surgery industry is a $200B+ market. One would expect that medical organizations that care more about making money than the welfare of children would be for transgender surgery and might want to silence those who object to it. That's exactly what is happening. On October 3, 2022, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical Association, and the Children’s Hospital Association called on U.S. Attorney General, Merrick Garland, to investigate those who expose the transgender surgery industry for its potential harm to children.
Vanderbilt Medical Center was concerned that not all of its staff would be on board with mutilating children. Dr. Ellen Clayton, a professor of law at Vanderbilt, warned that "conscientious objections" are "problematic." She threatened that anyone who decides not to be involved in transition surgeries due to "religious beliefs" will face "consequences"
In case the objectors hadn't gotten the memo, Vanderbilt unveiled a program called "Trans Buddies." The "buddies" are trans activists from the community who attend appointments with trans patients, monitoring the doctors to guard against "unsafe" behavior such as misgendering.
Vanderbilt makes their Trans Buddies available to children, too. They make lots of "services" available to children, including chemical castration.

So people are making money by preventing kids from hearing that transgender surgery is a bad idea.
There used to be a TV show called the Twilight Zone. Weird things use to happen in the twilight zone. The next video is a cartoon called the Woke Zone where weird things also happen. It's about the cancel culture and those who critcize transgenders. Woke means aware of injustice. Woke people believe they know the truth and those who disagree are bigots and racists and should be silenced. In order to understand the cartoon you need to understand what the cancel culture is. The Cancel Culture is the beliefs of a group of people that leads them to force other people with beliefs they don't like, out of jobs or social groups. The cartoon mentions transphobic thoughts. Transphobic means having an irrational hostile fear of transgender people. The Cancel Culture will punish people have thoughts they don't like and who use words they don't like. Words like mother can become a target of the cancel culture because a mother is female and that is seen as unfair to male couples. Products can become targets of the cancel culture as well. Aunt Jemima syrup and pancake mix became a target of the Cancel Culture because the picture of Aunt Jemima was a picture of a black woman and that was considered racist.
