Tucker Carlson and the Deranged Right

Tucker Carlson was very good in the past on most subjects.  There are many excellent videos of him on this getinsight.pro web site.  However he has become a radical nutcase as discussed in the video below.

Tucker Carlson used to be pro-Jewish as you can see from the embedded video below.

In the video embedded above Tucker accuses Pat Buchanan of antisemitism.  Tucker says: “Here’s a man that constantly attacks Israel, constantly attacks American Jews for supporting Israel, has said that Jews push America into war—I believe there’s a pattern of needling the Jews—and that’s antisemitism.” Tucker now does what he accused Pat Buchanan of doing.

Ted Cruz talks about Tucker's pro-Nazi sympathies in the video below.

On Tuesday March 10, 2026 Iran attacked Qatar.  Tucker Carlson instead of reporting those attacks released a 14-minute video statement in which he claimed Mossad agents were arrested in Qatar and Saudi Arabia for planned bombing attacks. Majed Al-Ansari, a spokesman for the Qatari foreign ministry said that Qatar, “has no information about any cells of the Israeli intelligence service Mossad at the moment.”

Israeli journalist Amit Segal released a video statement Tuesday afternoon mocking Carlson’s stance on the Iran war and his failure to address Iranian attacks on Qatar. “Dear Tucker, my heart goes out to you,” said Segal. “Iran, the regime you have spent so much time defending ,just attacked Qatar, the very people who cut your own checks.” “But instead of going to a therapist, you went on air and simply ignored it. Which is interesting, because when Israel targeted Hamas terrorists in Qatar, you lost your mind over the violation of international law.” “But when Iran targets civilians in Qatar, suddenly you say nothing.”

Tucker attacked the Chabad organization in a podcast.  The Chabad movement is one of the largest Jewish organizations in the world.  Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson (1902-1994), the Lubavitcher Rebbe, stated: “God gave each of us a soul, which is a candle that He gives us to illuminate our surroundings with His light. We must not only illuminate the inside of homes, but also the outside, and the world at large.”

In order to illuminate the world at large, Chabad volunteers go to remote and often dangerous places throughout the world.  I went to one of those places when I was traveling through India and met two of those volunteers in a Chabad house they were running.  They invited my family to a free Friday night dinner.  They helped my family with our young child's needs.  They helped many other people in India including drug addicts.  A couple of weeks after our visit to India the Chabad house where they had been so kind to us was attacked by Muslim terrorists from Pakistan and the couple that had been so kind to us, Rivka and Gavriel  Holtzberg were brutally killed

Two videos were created in their memory and can be viewed on a web page by the Chabad Terror Victims Project.  If you want to understand what Chabad is, I recommend watching those videos.

Jillian Lederman wrote: Tucker blamed Chabad for the war with Iran in 2026.  The reason? According to Carlson, it all stems from a small fabric patch that some members of the Israel Defense Forces have chosen to wear on their uniforms. The patch depicts the Third Temple, referring to a vision in some Jewish traditions of one day rebuilding a holy place of worship on the Temple Mount—the holiest site in Judaism.  The Muslims built two mosques on top of the ruins of the Temple, one of them is the Al Aqsa mosque and the other is the Dome of the Rock.

“How exactly,” Carlson asks, as images of several soldiers flash across the screen, did members of the IDF “wind up wearing patches suggesting the point of this war was the destruction of one of the holiest places in Islam, and the rebuilding of a temple that is totally anathema to Christianity?” Naturally, he has an answer. “This has been going on a long time in public through, in part, the efforts of a group called Chabad. C-H-A-B-A-D.”

Jillian wrote:

Never mind that a Chabad public relations figure categorically denied the patches come from the organization. Never mind that the images Carlson displayed appear to date back to January 2024, long before the current operation in Iran began. Never mind that Chabad’s theology holds that the Third Temple will arrive only through divine, messianic intervention, and that attempting to establish it through human action runs directly contrary to its philosophy.

I would add to this that when Israel regained control of Jerusalem from the Jordanians in the 6 day war they could have destroyed the Al Aqsa and Dome of the Rock mosques and rebuilt the temple but they didn't.  That didn't stop Muslims from launching the Al Aqsa Intifada against Israel.  That didn't stop Muslims from using Al Aqsa as a base in which to collect rocks and fireworks to attack Jewish worshippers at the base of the Western Wall of the Temple Mount.  The action of those Muslims has forced Israel to sometimes send police to the Al Aqsa mosque.   That and Israeli excavations near the mosque were used to incite Muslims against Jews.  It was used as an excuse to launch the attacks of October 7 which Hamas called "Al Aqsa flood".

Jillian wrote:

Chabad is not just a religious group where Orthodox Jews gather to pray. It is a sprawling, familial network dedicated to welcoming Jews of every background, drawing them closer to their heritage, and pursuing genuine, altruistic good. And for this, Chabad has been singled out by one of the most influential commentators in America, whose response to the historic events in the Middle East was to whip up a frenzy against an organization he knows nothing about.

Candace Owens is another conservative commentator who has gone off the antisemitic deep end.  She wrote on X:

“Tucker is telling the truth about the Chabad Lubavitch.  They are digging tunnels in New York and in cities all across America. They are taking over entire towns in New Jersey. You should absolutely be aware of where the Chabad is nearest your home. These people are dangerous. They are a radical sect of mystic occultists that follow the idea of a war messiah and they harm kids. . . It isn’t your local mosque you need to fear!”

Tucker like Candace has made propaganda that the Muslims are not a threat and the Jews are.  That's a very strange thing to do especially after the attacks of Sept 11.  It's very strange for Tucker and Candace to condemn America's attempts to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons especially considering the chants of "Death to America" that take place in Iran.
