16.10 Can Peace Come to the Middle East?
Mordechai Kedar argues that it can even though the conflict is a religious one. One would think that if it's a religious conflict that would be impossible. If the Koran and the Hadiths, which Muslims believe teach the word of God, teach them to conquer the Jews and Israel, then how can there be peace between Israel and the Muslims? Mordechai Kedar explains why he thinks there can be peace in the video below.
One thing that brings some Arabs and Israel close together is the mutual need to defend against Iran. The problem is that the Muslims in Gaza are allies with Iran.
